These terms govern your use of www.kovaidig.com and the SEO and digital marketing services provided by Kovaidig ("we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide search engine optimisation and related digital marketing services. The scope, deliverables and fees for each client are set out in the proposal or package you accept.

2. No guarantee of rankings

Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and change often. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic or revenue result. We commit to using ethical, white-hat methods and to reporting transparently on our work.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are charged monthly as stated in your package. Our packages have no lock-in contract. Either party may end the engagement by giving written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for work performed are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to your website, analytics and listings as needed for us to perform the work, and you confirm you have the right to give us that access.

5. Intellectual property

Content we create for you is owned by you once paid for in full. We may keep our own tools, methods and templates, and may reference the general nature of the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

7. Confidentiality and privacy

We keep your non-public business information confidential. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
